About SEND Rights
SEND Rights strive to help, support and empower parents through the maze of law that comes with having a child with a disability in England. We can help with Education and Health Care Plans; transport issues; disability discrimination; social care; summer born children and Compulsory School Age starts; and more.
Our aim is to try to offer a low cost service to inform and empower parents and carers with the necessary information to set you on the right path to help their child when you come up against issues with your school, group, professionals or Local Authority.
We can support in many ways such as giving advice and information; signposting you to documents or law; writing complaint letters; reading documents such as EHCP's; complaint letters and reports; and offering general support.
We are genuinely on your side and are here to help you.
